Nishita Gudka – Partner - LBMW LLP. Nishita advises charity clients on all property matters including acquisitions and disposals of land as well as portfolio management for charities with multi-million pound investment portfolios. She understands the complexities in dealing with the Charities Act and has particular experience in advising on the nature of governing documents and trust deeds with respect to land holdings.

Jane Grenfell – Charities Manager – LBMW LLP. Jane worked for 28 years at the Charity Commission where she was Head of Policy and Guidance, Head of Registration, Head of Outreach and Visits, Head of Schools and Education and Deputy Head of Armed Forces Charities. In her current role, Jane advises on a wide range of charity issues in collaboration with the solicitors in the EEC department. Jane advises charities and not-for-profit organisations on incorporation, governing documents and objects and Charity Commission schemes.

James Gilmartin – Managing Director – Gilmartin Ley. James is a property consultant and valuer who has particular experience with religious and institutional property. He assists charities in getting best value from property disposals and acquisitions and is familiar with preparing Qualified Surveyors Reports in order to comply with the Charities Act.
